REFO-RESTA CO2 - Phases 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8

Refo-Resta CO2 is a corporate sustainability project that aims to be a business response to a global challenge. The project seeks to offset the carbon footprint of INCLAM's own activity, and at the same time to be a tool for other companies to offset their emissions. By 2020, Refo-Resta CO2, INCLAM has reforested 47 hectares in Burgos. Phases 1 and 2 are being developed in Santa María del Campo, over an area of 35.6 ha. Native species, Quercus ilex, Quercus faginea, Pinus nigra, Crataegus monogyna and Prunus spinosa, have been used, with a density of 900-1000 feet per hectare. The work is carried out by local experts, ensuring proper maintenance and replacement. Refo-Resta CO2 is a project officially registered with the Ministry for Ecological Transition (MITECO) and is also supported by the Neighbourhood Council of Revilla Cabriada, the Town Council of Lerma, the Town Council of Santa María del Campo and the Regional Government of Castilla y León.
